Toronto Street Festival

Children Dance Theatre "Fairyland" participated in the 4th annual Toronto Street Festival.
We enjoyed dancing on the outdoor stage and attracted big audience.
The Celebrate Toronto Street Festival, with over 400,000 square feet of fabulous entertainment, thrilled huge audiences with more than 1200 performers on 10 unique stages providing over 700 things to see and do along Toronto's famous Yonge Street! All for free. The festival kicked off on Friday evening with The Big Bid Bash. Next year's festival promises to be even bigger and better adding the Yonge and Dundas intersection to the program. The Toronto Street Festival was created in 1998 to bring the people of the new City of Toronto together in a spirit of celebration and civic pride.

Children Dance Theatre "Fairyland" was invited to participate in "Toronto Kids Tuesday".
Toronto Kids Tuesday is an outdoor family event series that features a concert and themed interactive children's activities.
This event presents four weeks of entertainment on a special theme with related button making, arts workshops, face painting and do it yourself chalk art.
The series begins on July 24, 2001 and runs for four weeks from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every Tuesday.
